Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit your message to our web server. We receive your name, business details, email address, optional telephone number and message only when you send the email. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Why we use your information

We use correspondence to answer your enquiry, discuss a possible project and keep relevant business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing those relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we also rely on those pre-contractual steps. Enquiring does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Website operation and providers

IONOS provides this website’s hosting and our email service. Technical connection information, such as an IP address, is needed to deliver pages and protect the service. This website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or embedded third-party content. Form text is not automatically sent to an AI provider.

Our website recovery backups contain website files and server configuration, not the text you enter into the email-draft form. Your own email provider processes your message when you send it under its own privacy arrangements.

Keeping information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to address the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship. When deciding whether to retain it, we consider whether the discussion remains active, any project commitments, and record-keeping or legal requirements. You can ask us about the information we hold about you or request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Your choice

You do not have to send an enquiry. We need a way to contact you to provide a reply. This website does not make automated decisions about you. Any data-processing arrangements for a client project are discussed separately.
